Bacon Cheddar Biscuits

- 2.5 cups self rising flour
- 1 stick cold butter grated
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup buttermilk cold
Stir just enough to combine dough. Flour surface and knead a few times. Roll out and fold into thirds. Turn and repeat 2x. Roll dough to desired thickness, cut biscuits and place on a greased skillet or lined pan.
Bake at 475 °F for 15 min. Brush the tops with butter and enjoy!
