Bacon Cheddar Biscuits

Soft, tall, buttery, and flaky buttermilk biscuits filled with cheddar cheese and bacon. These Bacon Cheddar Buttermilk Biscuits are perfect for breakfast or even dinner!

Ingredients
 
 

  • 2.5 cups self rising flour
  • 1 stick cold butter grated
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup buttermilk cold

Instructions
 

  • Stir just enough to combine dough. Flour surface and knead a few times. Roll out and fold into thirds. Turn and repeat 2x. Roll dough to desired thickness, cut biscuits and place on a greased skillet or lined pan.
  • Bake at 475 °F for 15 min. Brush the tops with butter and enjoy!
