- Heat: Microwave the mixture at full power for one minute. Let it sit for another minute to allow the chocolate to soften further.
- Mix: Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sweetened condensed milk is fully incorporated and the fudge batter is smooth and glossy. If you’re adding nuts, fold them in at this stage.
- Pour Into Pan: Transfer the batter into the prepared baking pan. Gently rap the bottom of the pan against your countertop a few times to eliminate any air bubbles and level the surface.

Does this fudge require refrigeration?
To set firm, yes refrigerate. It will last up to a week in the fridge
Do you think you could use the low fat swt condensed milk?
It won’t set up right. You need the full fat.
